We're looking for a warm, confident and capable Nursery Manager to lead our beautiful Hook Norton setting. This is an opportunity to join a family-owned nursery group where relationships matter, quality comes first, and leadership is visible every day.
We're seeking someone who can build strong relationships with parents, inspire and support their team, maintain high standards, and create a calm, organised environment where children and practitioners flourish.
This is a hands-on leadership role. Our managers are not hidden away in an office. They are present, engaged, supporting their team in real time, setting the tone for the nursery, and leading by example.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the nursery
- Building strong, professional relationships with children, families and staff
- Leading and developing a happy, motivated team
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and compliance
- Supporting staff wellbeing and professional development
- Ensuring staffing ratios and operational standards are maintained
- Creating a calm, welcoming and organised nursery environment
- Supporting inspection readiness and quality assurance
- Working alongside the team and remaining visible within the setting
- Acting as a positive role model for children and adults alike
What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Previous leadership experience within an early years setting
- Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and statutory requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A calm, organised and solution-focused approach
- Ability to lead, motivate and support a team
- Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
- Right to work in the UK
