Due to recent investment and long term contract awards, CRD Property Renovations & Reinstatements Ltd (CRD) based in Rutherglen, Glasgow is experiencing a successful period of sustainable growth providing many opportunities within the company. We currently carry out multi-trade property reinstatements including void property upgrades and responsive maintenance within social housing properties for various Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the roofer to carry out roofing repairs and maintenance.
- Set up controlled working area using barriers.
- Assist the roofer to inspect roof defects.
- Assist the roofer to repair and maintain flat, tiled, and slated roofs.
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and returned promptly.
- Provide excellent service to clients and maintain a good customer relationship as a priority
Other elements you may have to cover
- Replacement Gutters
- Flat roof work
- Roughcasting and cement work
Must have
- Valid Clean UK Driving Licence
- Excellent time keeping skills
- The ability to take pride in the quality of their workmanship
Not essential but would help
- PASMA / IPAF / Working at Height / CSCS Card / Asbestos Awareness Certificate;
- Live in Cumbernauld for logistical reasons.
