We're a growing cleaning company in search of a Supervisor to help us support a lovely school in Lymington.
We're looking for a reliable cleaner who will be able to work Monday - Friday, from 2pm - 6pm for 4.00 hours a day.

This role as a Supervisor is to lead our on‑site cleaning team and ensure the school remains a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment. The role involves delivering daily cleans, coordinating staff, supporting staff, monitoring standards, managing stock, and carrying out regular quality checks. You’ll be confident in guiding a team, maintaining high standards, and responding quickly to any issues that arise. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a hands‑on approach are essential.
