At M&A Coachworks, Snetterton, powered by Steer Automotive Group, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence, integrity, and innovation in every repair. As part of Steers Luxury Repair Division, we specialise in repairing some of the worlds most prestigious and super-luxury vehicles and were now looking for an experienced MET Technician to join our skilled team.
Your Role
As an MET Technician, you'll play a key part in our repair process ensuring vehicles are safely and professionally dismantled, repaired, and reassembled to the highest manufacturer standards.
Responsibilities:

Carry out mechanical, electrical & trim (MET) work on high-end & luxury vehicles.

Diagnose faults and remove, repair, and refit components with precision.

Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with manufacturer repair methods.

Collaborate with Panel, Paint, and Quality teams to ensure seamless repair journeys.

Maintain accurate records of work carried out.

Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as an MET Technician, ideally within a prestige or luxury vehicle environment.
- ATA / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification preferred.
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering first-class workmanship.
- Ability to work under pressure without compromising on quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for working on super-luxury vehicles and delivering a premium service.
