CNC Press Brake Setter/Operator

Hourly rate: Depending on experience
The Role
To ensure safe and competent operation of the press brake and to accurately set up, adjust accordingly to production needs. Ensuring all programmes are completed correctly and any issues recorded. Co-ordinating activities with Kasto storage to undertake material storage/usage and address first line equipment maintenance. Loading and unloading of materials. Ensuring profiles are accurately aligned and cut to dimensions stated on drawings. Minimise any errors within profile process.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to welding, Assembly, Paint, CAD, Stores and Yard

Do you have?
To be considered for this roler, you must have the following skills/experience: -
- Be conversant with Engineering Technical Drawings.
- Have ability to read and accurately interpret engineering technical drawings.
- Have the ability to set up, programme and operate Press Brake machine.
- Experience using Morgan Rushworth.
- Counterbalance FLT Licence.
- Familiarisation with loading bay/lifting equipment.
