As a CBRE Cleaning Coordinator, you will be responsible forbasic cleaning duties. This includes damp wiping, mopping, sweeping and wastedisposal.
This job is part of the Cleaning Services function. Theyare responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of client and company buildings.
What You’ll Do:
Providedaily cleaning support to high-traffic areas of the building designated by thesupervisor.
Stockbathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels and soap.
Sweep,vacuum and mop hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc. Damp wipe furniture.
Cleanglass partitions and mirrors
Ensurethat cleaning supplies are in a safe, secure area at all times. Complete adetailed cleaning checklist for each designated area.
Completestandardized cleaning process as per company standards.
Followprocedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
Attendall regular staff meetings and required in-service training sessions.
Followbasic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Useexisting procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limitedopportunity to exercise discretion.
Continuousfocus on safety, conducting dynamic risk assessment before, during and aftereach work activity.
What You’ll Need:
Commitmentto safety.
Fulfilthe physical requirements associated with this role. This includes bending,standing, walking, and climbing stairs. Must be able to lift/carry loads withinpersonal manual handling capabilities.
Abilityto follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communicationskills to exchange straightforward information.
