Overview
We are a well-established maintenance company working with housing providers and are looking for experienced self-employed painters and decorators to carry out work on empty (void) properties.
This role involves preparing and repainting vacant homes to a lettable standard within agreed timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
- Painting empty residential properties (voids)
- Full surface preparation (filling, sanding, priming)
- Walls, ceilings, woodwork, doors, kitchens & bathrooms
- Working efficiently to housing association standards
- Completing properties within target turnaround times
- Leaving properties clean and ready for handover

- Self-employed - with the possibility of PAYE employment for the right candidate.
