Duties

- Communicate effectively with patients to provide emotional support, reassurance, and clear information about their care.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within patient areas, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.
- Use IT systems to update patient records and document care activities efficiently and securely.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate patient care activities and respond promptly to changing needs or emergencies.
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, adhering to protocols for infection control and patient safety.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of nursing principles and patient care practices is essential.

Pay: £12.71-£13.45 per hour
