Wedding & Event Coordinator (Part-Time)

Salary: £25 per hour (Wedding & Event Coordination) | £15 per hour (Preparation & Support Duties)

About the Role
This is a varied, flexible role combining on-the-day wedding coordination with creative behind-the-scenes preparation.
On wedding days you'll become the calm, organised person who helps ensure every detail runs seamlessly, working alongside our experienced team to create exceptional experiences for our couples and their guests.
Away from wedding days you'll help prepare the estate for future events by organising our extensive collection of styling props, creating beautiful displays, supporting promotional events and helping showcase everything ANRÁN has to offer.

What You'll Be DoingWedding & Event Coordination
- Helping coordinate weddings and private events on the day
- Welcoming suppliers and ensuring everything is set up correctly
- Assisting couples, families and guests throughout the day
- Managing timelines and coordinating key moments
- Solving problems calmly and confidently
- Working closely with photographers, florists, musicians and caterers
- Helping create an unforgettable experience for every client
Creative Event Preparation
- Organising and cataloguing our event styling collection
- Preparing props and décor for upcoming weddings
- Creating inspirational displays for future clients
- Assisting with photography of styled event setups
- Supporting wedding showcases and promotional events
Full Training Provided
This role has been designed for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and keen to learn.
You'll receive hands-on training from ANRÁN founders Mike and Edwin, who will teach you every aspect of wedding and event coordination.
If you've never worked in weddings before, that's absolutely fine.
We're looking for attitude and personality far more than previous experience.

Hours
This is a flexible part-time position.
Wedding coordination is based around our event calendar (typically 6-8 hours per wedding), with approximately 18 or more weddings each year.
Additional flexible weekday hours are available assisting with prop preparation, displays, cataloguing and event support (approximately 20 hours per week initially), arranged around your availability with advance notice.
Pay
Wedding & Event Coordination: £25 per hour
Preparation, Styling & Support Duties: £15 per hour
