Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive distribution network plans aligned with organizational goals
- Analyze current logistics operations and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to design optimal routing, warehousing, and transportation strategies
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and IT systems to prepare reports, forecasts, and logistical documentation
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership
- Manage logistics data accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, internal teams, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless distribution operations
- Lead projects related to network expansion or restructuring while maintaining organizational efficiency
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing distribution-related inquiries promptly and professionally
Experience
- Proven experience in management or leadership roles within logistics, supply chain management, or distribution planning
- Strong driving knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics best practices
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles, including inventory control, routing, and warehousing strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel (including data analysis), Outlook, and IT systems relevant to logistics operations
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to clearly convey complex information
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Computer literacy essential for data analysis, reporting, and system navigation
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
