We’re looking for someone to run the venue as if it were their own.
This isn’t just a bartending role.
You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, maintaining standards, building relationships with guests and helping grow the business week after week.

Responsibilities
Opening and closing the venue
Running service independently on quieter evenings
Producing consistently excellent cocktails
Serving wine with confidence and enthusiasm
Delivering warm, genuine hospitality
Managing stock and placing weekly orders
Maintaining excellent cleanliness and presentation
Looking after the courtyard and venue appearance
Training new team members
Managing rotas
Cashing up and weekly reporting
Working with the owners to develop events and promotions
Helping grow weekly sales and repeat business

Loves hospitality
Has previous cocktail and bar experience
Is confident working independently
Takes pride in every detail
Enjoys speaking to guests
Can recommend wines and drinks naturally
Thinks commercially
Wants to help build something special
Brings ideas rather than waiting to be told what to do

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
