Senior Learning Disability Support Worker Role - Full time

You will be helping younger adults with complex needs and behaviours which may challenge to live varied and fulfilled lives and to be part of the local community. You will be leading the team on your shift as well as assisting in the management in the smooth and safe running of our home.
If you are a caring, motivated person, able to work as part of a team and have the ability to empathise with our clients and see the world through their eyes then we would like you to apply.
We operate a self - rota system, which means that you have input into what days that you work. There are various shifts available. Sleep ins may also be available and are paid at £70 per night minimum.
There are care plans, risk assessments and behaviour support plans in place to help you in your role. An ability to problem solve and think outside the box is always welcomed.
You will be paid Monthly into your bank.
Paid training is provided and support is available at all times.
