Lindfield Primary Academy
Lindfield Primary Academy provides a happy and welcoming environment for children aged 4 to 11, where learning is both fun and engaging.
Our pupils embody politeness, respect, and pride, reflecting the positive ethos of our community. With well-resourced facilities and dedicated staff, we maintain high expectations and offer tailored support and challenge to each individual, regardless of ability.
Our on-site Forest School allows children to develop a connection with nature. The opportunity to explore builds children’s confidence, develops their self-esteem and enhances their emotional and social skills.
The academy has a total capacity of 660 pupils.
Job Details
Salary: £13,500 pro rata (WS grade 5 point 7 - FTE £26,403)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 3 days - flexible re days worked
Location: Lindfield Primary Academy
Interviews: potentially 6th August - possibly early Sept depending on candidate availability over the summer holidays
What You Need to Succeed
Are you a detail-orientated professional with experience of finance and HR administration? Do you thrive in a busy environment where you an make an impact to children's education? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key responsibilities include;
- administration of finance and payroll
- supporting recruitment activity
- providing guidance to academy staff on its policies and procedures
