SENIOR KEY PERSON
We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join a team committed to delivering the highest standards of quality care for children. This is an excellent opportunity for Nursery Nurses, NVQ level 3 qualified with a minimum of 2 years experience as a key person, who are friendly, hardworking and have positive, flexible attitudes. Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience.
Some of your duties will include:
-Working closely with key children: writing reports and recording their developmental progress through observations and planned activities in line with the EYFS
-Being a key person, carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families
-Senior Key Person supports the room leader and leads room in their absence.
· Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
· Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
· Being passionate about preschool education and empowering our children to reach their maximum potential is an absolute necessity.
