Suitable candidates would be someone who is looking to make a start in the Transport industry or an experienced multi drop van driver who wants to become a qualified HGV Driver. We are only looking at applicants who would agree to being put through their HGV Training (Paid for by Ketra Logistics) after a successful period of around 6 months working within the company.
Requirements are:-
- MUST look to become a HGV Driver after successful 6 month period
- Have a full UK Driving licence - Car/Van entitlement
- Be able to demonstrate that you have the right to work in the UK
- Have a good standard of English, be able to communicate with the depot and customers and understand both written and verbal instructions
- You need to be punctual and reliable
- You will be located within a reasonable travelling distance of the depot.
- Experience using a pump truck is preferable
The role is full time, Monday to Friday and is a permanent position of 10 hours per day. Overtime is regularly available and occasionally needed. Saturdays available.
