I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Criminal Defence Solicitor to join a supportive and growing Criminal Law team in Warrington.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced criminal solicitor looking for a varied caseload, strong advocacy opportunities and genuine career development within a collaborative team.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload covering both legal aid and privately funded work, including:
- Magistrates’ Court advocacy
- Crown Court case management
- Police station representation
- Advising and supporting clients throughout their cases
- Preparing legal documentation and providing clear legal advice
- Liaising with clients, courts, solicitors and third parties
- Progressing cases efficiently and maintaining high professional standards
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a Criminal Defence Solicitor
- Strong advocacy and client care skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A proactive and team-focused approach
- Police Station Accreditation would be advantageous
- Duty Status or willingness to work towards it
