Role Overview
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to residents, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Support with mobility and daily activities
- Help with meals and hydration
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Maintain accurate care records
- Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
- A caring, patient, and compassionate nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and flexibility to work shifts as required
