This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a commercially aware, full time Relief Shop Manager to join our incredible retail team.
Big C is looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic Relief Shop Manager, to join our Retail team for a six-month fixed-term contract.
In this flexible role, you will be responsible for supporting our retail operations including provision of cover for shop managers holiday and absence. This will involve supervising small teams of staff and volunteers and making the most of donated items in the shop(s) you are working in.
If you are an experienced shop manager looking to make a difference and share your expertise, or an assistant shop manager with the right attributes and desire to gain shop management experience, this could be ideal for you.

The working hours are 35 hours (5 days) per week to include weekend and bank holiday working as required. The operational hours are Monday to Sunday. You will be based at Wymondham, but travel across Big C's geographical area including Norwich, Beccles, Cromer, Dereham, Diss, King's Lynn, Sheringham, Swaffham, Wymondham and Fakenham. Mileage will be paid under HMRC guidelines.
The salary is £24,100 to £26,680 per annum (subject to skills and experience).
