This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our thriving online women's shoe company in Watford. You will work with the Customer Care Team in this varied role and learn about all aspects of business. Your duties will include:
· First point of contact for incoming calls and emails
· Speaking to customers over the telephone providing support, advice and processing orders
· Processing exchanges and refunds
· Liaising with couriers when problems occur, resolving in a prompt and timely manner
· Providing administrative & clerical support within the office
· Working closely & providing support when needed to other departments such as marketing and warehouse operations
A responsible, "can-do" attitude is essential as well as initiative, great attention to detail and working as a team player. You will need a great telephone manner and excellent writing skills.
Previous experience in Customer Care would be beneficial but is not compulsory. The following skills and experience would also be beneficial, but not compulsory:
- Sales experience
- Providing customer support
- Working within a team in an office
- Knowledge of CRM systems
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a well-organised team player and be able to multi-task and prioritise

- Possess very good customer service skills
- Have a personable and friendly manner
- Be able to manage a high volume of calls
- Have strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Possess excellent attention to detail, being numerate and accurate
- Be able to communicate effectively with an excellent level of written and spoken English
- Have a well-developed analytical approach and problem-solving capability
- Have an interest in women’s fashion and footwear

The job is fully office based in Imperial Way, Watford.
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
