We're seeking a Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our team. The role will be site based at various client premises within the educational and commercial sectors.
We will require a Commercial Gas Safe registration and at least five years experience
The role is mobile and a full driving licence will be required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Installation, repair, and maintenance of complex water, sanitation, and central heating systems
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all building occupants
- Ensure all equipment is working properly
- Maintain and update building records - both hard copy and electronic systems
You will be required to have security clearance and pass an enhanced DBS checked for this role
Key attributes:
- Client facing role, so good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Good timing keeping
- Must be tidy in presentation and able to work within prestigious site environments
- Able to work independently following initial training period
- Prepared to be flexible and work some weekends or out of hours when required
Uniform, tools and PPE will be provided

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
