The Role:
We are currently looking for 4x experienced Groundworkers to join our team on new projects in Linlithgow. The ideal candidates will have strong practical skills, good teamwork, and a professional attitude towards safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Kerbing and paving
- Slabbing, ducting, and site clearance
- Operating small tools and assisting plant operators.
- Following site instructions and safety regulations.
- Working effectively as part of a team under site supervision.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in groundworks (minimum 2 years preferred).
- SSSTS x1
- Valid CSCS card (required).
- CPCS / NPORS tickets (dumper, roller, or excavator) are an advantage.
- Ability to read site drawings (desirable).
- Own transport preferred, but not essential if based locally.
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious attitude.
