Barrie Bookkeeping Chester is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administrator Apprentice to join our growing team. We act as a brokerage service on behalf of Local Authorities, supporting individuals who receive Direct Payments to manage their care and support needs effectively. Our role is to provide guidance, administration, and payroll support, helping people maintain independence and control over their care arrangements.
As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will play an important role in supporting our day-to-day operations while developing valuable administrative and customer service skills. You will work closely with experienced colleagues to assist with client communications, record management, data entry, document preparation, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the team.
- Maintaining accurate client records and databases.
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries professionally.
- Assisting with payroll and Direct Payment administration.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
- Managing electronic and paper filing systems.
- Supporting team members with general office duties.
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements.
