I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Scaffolding Project Coordinator / Manager to join a well-established scaffolding contractor based in Swadlincote.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of scaffolding operations who can confidently coordinate multiple live projects, keep works running efficiently and ensure jobs are delivered safely, on time and profitably.
The role will involve:
Managing work orders from receipt through to completion
Planning and scheduling scaffold erection and dismantling works
Coordinating labour, transport, vehicles and equipment
Maximising productivity while maintaining profitability
Monitoring dismantles and ensuring deadlines are met
Liaising with site teams and clients daily
Ensuring compliance with HGV, O Licence and health & safety requirements
Providing daily progress updates and job completion information
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous scaffolding coordination, management or logistics experience
Strong knowledge of scaffolding operations
Understanding of HGV logistics, vehicle weights and O Licence requirements
Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
Good commercial awareness and the ability to plan works efficiently
Confidence using scheduling systems, Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
