Marketing Manager Full Time, Full Year Silcoates is a successful independent co-educational day school with a long and proud history. We achieve excellent academic results and offer a broad and stimulating variety of co-curricular activities. We are looking for a talented and dynamic Marketing Manager join our School.
Silcoates is set in 52 acres of grounds in Wrenthorpe, near Wakefield, within easy reach of the M1 and M62, offering an all-through, fully co educational day school experience for children from 3 to 18.
We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Marketing professional to join our team in the post of Marketing Manager to lead and develop an integrated marketing and communications strategy.
The successful candidate will have experience of Marketing in a high value product or service environment and be able to demonstrate strong experience and appreciation of the principles and practices of marketing within an educational setting, preferably in independent schools’ sector. You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team, and colleagues in the Admissions and Careers team, although this is a standalone role. You must be comfortable working autonomously as well as being able to demonstrate self-motivation.
You should have experience in analysing data and reporting on these, as well as organising events and networking. As well as relevant experience, the successful candidate should have sound time management and stakeholder management skills, and you should be able to work calmly and effectively under pressure. Salary: The salary for this position will be £40,000 to £45,000 dependent upon experience.
