Office & Accounts Administrator (Part-Time)

The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll be involved in all aspects of office administration.
One minute you could be speaking with landlords or contractors, the next processing invoices, updating records, preparing documents, or supporting the team with day-to-day tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- General office administration and support
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and updating systems
- Processing invoices and supplier payments
- Assisting with client accounting administration
- Supporting the property management team with administrative tasks
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, reliable, and enjoys being part of a team. You'll be comfortable managing a variety of tasks, have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working in a busy customer-focused environment.
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience is preferred
- Accounts administration or bookkeeping experience would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Positive, friendly, and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
