Duties

- Provide knowledgeable advice on products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Maintain an organised sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Handle transactions accurately using basic maths skills to process payments efficiently.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
- Organisational skills to maintain a tidy and well-presented sales environment.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
