Job Summary
We are seeking a n experience Window Blind Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of window coverings in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience is essential as you will be expected to hit the ground running. Familiarity with various tools and techniques is essential to ensure precise and efficient installations. All tools and work van will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Installing a full range of window blinds including perfect fits
- Carrying out installations to a consistently high standard in line with company and BBSA guidelines.
- Demonstrating how to use products to customers after installation and answering any questions professionally
- Communicating effectively with the office team regarding job progress, issues or changes on site
- Ensuring all work areas are left clean and tidy following installation
- adhering to health and safety requirements at all times
- Representing Solaire Blinds professional in all customer interactions
Essential Requirements
- Proven hands on experience fitting window blinds. This is essential and not negotiable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and mange your own time effectively
- A professional, friendly manner when dealing with customers in their home
- Physical fitness to carry out the demands of the role (lifting, working at height, use of power tools)
- Full UK Driving licence
Desirable Requirements (not essential)
- Experience fitting or assisting on plantation shutter installations
What we offer
- Starting salary of £13.07 per hour with the potential to earn more depending on your level of experience and is negotiable.

Pay: £25,486.00-£27,436.00 per year
