We're looking for a Pizza Chef to join our kitchen crew, working alongside (and learning from) our Head Pizza Chef. If you've done your time in kitchens, know your way around a Neapolitan-style pizza, and want to level up your dough game with us, we want to hear from you.
This isn't just a job — it's a great team, a good laugh, and a genuine chance to sharpen your craft. Day shifts on brekky, night shifts slinging pizzas. Best of both worlds.
Who You'll Work With
You'll report to our Head Pizza Chef, who'll show you the ropes on our house dough (we do things the direct method way) and help you fine-tune your pizza skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Firing Neapolitan pizzas during evening service, working closely with the Head Pizza Chef
- Getting hands-on with our house dough — mixing, bulk ferment, balling, proofing, the works
- Keeping the oven dialled in for consistent, no-dramas bakes
- Prepping toppings, sauces and all the good stuff to spec
- Jumping on the breakfast section for day shifts — prep, cooking, keeping service humming
- Keeping your station clean, organised and safe (standards matter, even when it's busy)
- Flagging stock levels and keeping the Head Pizza Chef in the loop
- Being a good teammate — helping the crew transition smoothly from brekky to pizza service
What You'll Bring
- Solid chef experience — trade-qualified or equivalent time in the kitchen
- Hands-on experience with Neapolitan pizza (you know your dough, your oven, your technique)
- An interest in fermentation and dough — we'll teach you our direct method, but you should know the basics
- The ability to keep cool and keep moving when it's slammed
- An eye for detail and consistency — every pizza should be a good one
- A team-first attitude and solid communication
- Flexibility to work both day (brekky) and evening (pizza) shifts
The Details
- Full-time role
- Mix of day shifts (breakfast kitchen) and evening shifts (pizza kitchen)
- Weekends essential
Why You'll Love It Here
- Proper mentorship from our Head Pizza Chef — learn the trade, not just the tasks
- Training in our own direct-method dough process
- A genuinely good crew to work with — we back each other in and have fun doing it
- Room to grow as our pizza program grows
- Great rates of pay
- Great tips
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
