Supervisor Wanted – Join the Team at Discobowl Cardiff!
Disco Bowl Cardiff is looking for a strong Team Leader to join our management team. We're an exciting, independent entertainment venue with big ambitions, and we're looking for someone who can lead from the front and has the potential to progress into a management role.
Who We're Looking For:
- A confident leader aged 18+
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team in a customer-facing environment
- Someone who motivates others through a positive, hands-on approach
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Organised, reliable and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Ambitious, with the drive and potential to develop into a management position
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Support the day-to-day operation across the venue, including the bar, reception, lanes and amusements
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation throughout the venue
- Coach and develop team members to help them succeed
- Support the management team with opening and closing procedures and the smooth running of each shift
