As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in guiding patients through their
treatment journey, building trust, and ensuring they receive exceptional experience from
consultation through to completion of care. Your ability to communicate clearly, build
confidence, and support patients in making informed decisions will be essential to your

Key Responsibilities
Present treatment plans in a clear, professional, and patient-friendly manner.
Educate patients on their treatment options and help them make informed
decisions.
Build strong relationships that encourage patient confidence and treatment
acceptance.
Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules efficiently.
Explain treatment fees and available payment options.
Follow up with patients regarding outstanding or unscheduled treatment.
Work closely with dentists and the wider team to ensure a seamless patient
journey.
Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a warm and welcoming
experience for every patient.
What We're Looking For
Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental practice is
essential.
Experience working in an NHS and private dental practice is highly desirable.
Excellent knowledge of dental procedures and treatment planning.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
A confident, compassionate, and professional approach to patient care.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience using dental practice management software is an advantage.
