You'll be working in a close-knit team, collaborating towards a common goal, and using your own laser sharp initiative. You'll carry out racking and transfers, ferment inoculations and chaptalizing. There will be an exciting variety with the opportunity to experience three different styles of pressing (including Ridgeview's Coquard PAI traditional press), working with one of the most experienced English sparkling winemakers in the country. Our brand new winery has just been built and will be fully functional for this harvest.
There will be fruit sources received from exceptional vineyards across the whole of Southern England and you'll witness the entire harvest process as part of our small, skilled and supportive team. You'll pull together with general cellar work, tank and equipment cleaning, assisting in maintaining winery cleanliness, and most importantly, celebrate success together.
This is a role that requires specific experience either as a vintage cellar hand or a fork lift driver. Either one of these is essential
