We’re looking for an experienced Transport Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our transport operations.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our fleet and drivers operate efficiently, safely, compliantly and to a high standard.
We’re a growing business committed to delivering excellent customer service. We operate our own vehicle fleet provide transport-related services.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan transport operations and maximise efficient vehicle utilisation.
- Manage resources in line with cost control and profitability targets.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
- Support transport compliance in line with the Transport Manager’s requirements.
- Monitor and manage driver compliance.
- Ensure drivers follow company procedures and policies.
- Support disciplinary processes where required.
- Participate in on-call duties.
Essential Requirements
- Category CE driving licence.
- Previous HGV/CE driving experience.
- Experience within a transport or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good understanding of transport operations and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
