Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and reliable team member to join our busy restaurant team for weekends, summer holidays, and busy periods and moving forward
Hours:
- 15+ hours per week initially
- Saturday and Sunday availability is essential
- Monday and Friday availability is preferred
- Flexibility required during busy periods and summer holidays
- Potential for hours to increase to 40+ hours during summer holidays and half-term periods and leading into the colder months.
Job Role Includes:
- Taking customer orders at tables using a EPOS iPad and taking payments at tables.
- Using EPOS touch screen till systems
- Preparing and serving alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, and hot drinks
- Assisting with food service to tables
- Pot wash duties
- General cleaning duties including cleaning tables and re-stocking
- Helping open and close the restaurant
- Occasionally working independently when required
Barista experience would be helpful but is not essential as full training can be provided.

- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Other midweek shifts available also.
- Experience is an advantage but not essential
