Duties
- Engage with clients via telemarketing, in-person, or online channels to promote fine arts products and services
- Assist in processing sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy updates, and client records management
- Conduct analysis of client needs to recommend suitable fine art options, ensuring personalized service
- Negotiate terms with clients to secure favorable agreements
- Provide clear and professional communication to clients
- Support marketing efforts by identifying potential leads and promoting brand awareness through various channels
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships
Requirements
- Proven negotiation skills with a proactive approach to closing sales opportunities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently
- Experience or interest in sales administration and customer service roles
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and market trends effectively
- Knowledge of insurance sales processes or related fields is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
