Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Holiday Home Cleaner / Commercial Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of holiday homes and commercial premises, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential cleaning services across various properties. Previous experience in hoilday homes.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise holiday homes and commercial spaces according to company standards
- Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare holiday homes to a high standard before guest arrivals.
- Change bed linens and replace towels and toiletries.
- Inspect properties to ensure they are safe, clean, and fully equipped.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management.
- Restock supplies such as cleaning products, kitchen essentials, and guest amenities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns.
- Follow health and safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail with organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within set timeframes
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanour
- Flexibility to adapt to different property types and client requirements
- A positive attitude and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable transport or access to transportation is desirable but not essential
