We are looking for a enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused member to join our front-of-house team. As the face of our restaurant, you will deliver exceptional service, guide guests through our menu, and create an inviting atmosphere for every diner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Warmly welcome guests, seat them promptly, and present menus with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Menu Expertise: Learn our food and beverage menus in detail to answer questions and offer personalized recommendations.
- Order Taking & Serving: Accurately take food and drink orders, input them into the POS system, and deliver items to tables efficiently.
- Table Maintenance: Perform table check-ins to ensure satisfaction, clear plates between courses, keep water filled, and clear/reset tables quickly for incoming guests.
- Payments & POS: Process guest bills accurately via cash or card payments using our point-of-sale system.
- Side Duties: Complete daily opening, running, and closing checklists, including restocking stations, polishing glassware/cutlery, and keeping dining areas clean.
- Experience: 1+ year of server or front-of-house hospitality experience preferred.
Pay: £15.00 per hour
