Calderdale College are seeking to appoint Casual Exam Invigilators to support the exam operations function of the Data Services department with specific responsibility for supervising examinations. You will be responsible for ensuring exams are set up correctly and examination conditions/awarding body/JCQ regulations are adhered to.
Key qualities sought: e.g.,

A sound knowledge of the ‘Instructions for the Conduct of Examinations’ produced annually by the JCQ (Joint Council for Qualifications).
- A sound knowledge of the roles of the JCQ and Awarding Bodies
- Aptitude to acquire and retain sound knowledge of the College’s examination policy and procedures
- Experience of working with groups of young adults within an examination setting
- Working with online examinations processes
- Proven success in following procedure of a set and rigid predetermined format with high levels of QA
- Experience of using awarding body websites to fulfil College and JCQ requirements.
- Experience of juggling tasks and prioritising to achieve deadlines
