As a Production Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our production lines operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills across a range of production equipment and processes.
Working as part of a supportive team, your responsibilities will include:

Operating and monitoring production machinery

Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards

Following production schedules and work instructions

Maintaining excellent hygiene and housekeeping standards

Supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Working flexibly across different production areas as required

This role operates on a rotating three-shift pattern Monday-Friday:

Salary & Career Progression

Starting Salary: £29,870

Regular salary increases linked to demonstrated development and progression
