The Crescent is a well-established cocktail bar in the heart of Finnieston, known for great drinks, warm hospitality, stylish surroundings and a fantastic atmosphere. We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Part-Time Cocktail Bartender to join our team.

The Role:
As a Cocktail Bartender, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality drinks and exceptional service while helping to maintain the standards that make The Crescent a favourite destination in Finnieston.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving classic and signature cocktails to a consistently high standard
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
- Assisting with stock control and daily bar preparation
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Building rapport with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth service throughout the venue
What We're Looking For:
- Previous cocktail bartending experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar operations
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work confidently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- A team player with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
