Dominic Ash ltd is an established family run business in the Cotswolds.
We specialise in high quality bespoke kitchens, fitted interiors and bespoke furniture. We are looking for an experienced furniture maker to join our team.
The main responsibilities for this role - Cabinet Maker / Veneerer / Bench Hand ( 3+ years experience, Bespoke Furniture Making, Solid / Veneered Construction ).
We are a small company making high quality custom furniture for high end projects. Candidates must have a sound technical background in solid and veneered construction, together with good hand and machine skills. Also, they must be used to making complete pieces from start to finish as well as working as part of a team on larger projects.
Desired skills:
- 3 years experience in cabinet making.
- Site fitting experience is advantageous.
- High level of skill and attention to detail.
- Ability to work from production drawings.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team, to agreed deadlines and to a high standard.
- Good Communication skills.
- Own hand tools.
- Full UK driving licence.
Other Information:
- Please note this position is based in Yanworth, Gloucestershire. The nearest towns are Cheltenham, Gloucester and Cirencester.
- Hours of work are 40 hrs a week with paid overtime when required.
- 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays
