Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Performing data entry tasks accurately
- Maintain customer records and ensure company databases are accurate and up to date.
- Schedule engineers for installation, maintenance, servicing, and emergency call-outs.
- Handling correspondence via email, phone, and postal services efficiently
- Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative materials
- Carry out general office administration duties as required.
- Support management with ad hoc administrative and financial tasks
Requirements
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good accuracy for data entry purposes
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
