Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and energetic Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen at The Brook Red Lion Hotel for 3-4 days a week. We are seeking someone with experience cooking a plated breakfast as a fully cooked option alongside a Continental breakfast.

Minimum of 1 years working in high-quality establishments
Excellent knowledge of food
A passion for the restaurant industry.
To work in a clean and organised manner
Be friendly, outgoing, ambitious & energetic.
Have a professional attitude to your job and career.Be legally eligible to work full time in the UK.
