Salary: OTE £35,000
Opportunity to earn up to £125 per shift in bonuses plus uncapped overtime!
Hours: 5 days on 5 days off, 5 days on 5 days off, 4 days on 4 days off shift pattern. Meaning you only work 15 days per month!
Hours of work are 6am to 6pm covering an average of 40.25 hours per week.
We are looking for a Wheels Team Leader to lead our wheels team at our busy Preparation Centre in Eastleigh.
Areas of Responsibility:-
- Work scheduling
- Auditing & training team
- Maximise teams output and ensure correct cars are being worked through the department for the overall success of the prep centre
- Ensuring efficiencies and productive hours are covered daily
- Oversee processes within areas of responsibility to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met
- Ensure equipment is maintained and kept in good working order
- Follow service schedules for all equipment
- Manage company procedures within agreed limits
- Achieve set business and individual targets
- Oversee direct reports, ensuring daily responsibilities are met
- Ensure a safe and tidy workspace for the team
- Conduct appraisals, briefings, and training, recording details per company procedures
- Prioritise health and safety for the team and other colleagues
