Summary
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in helping professionals advance their careers through postgraduate education. You’ll be representing prestigious University of Greater Manchester diploma and MSc programmes, engaging with prospective delegates from the UK and across the globe.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who is comfortable working evenings and weekends and thrives in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and convert incoming leads — no cold calling.
- Engage with potential students to understand their goals and match them with the right diploma or MSc programme.
- Build strong relationships with prospective delegates, offering guidance throughout the enrolment process.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- To assist the course needs as of when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales or customer-facing experience (education or B2C sales advantageous).
- Confident communicator with excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for helping people succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: £27,500 per year
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential — OTE £57,500 average
- Performance incentives & career growth opportunities
