Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team at Cacciari's Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere by serving drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring excellent service standards. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take orders accurately, process payments efficiently, and handle cash or card transactions responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods.
- Good team work and helping out the team on the floor if necessary
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or serving roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety standards relevant to bar operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts.
- A friendly, approachable personality with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by the business schedule.
