I’m working with a well-established tech recruitment business based in Chilworth that are hiring due to growth — and this is a genuinely strong opportunity to step into a warm, client-led desk.

The role
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Running permanent recruitment processes end-to-end
- Working closely with clients on active, live roles
- Delivering high-quality candidates across the tech market
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts over time
Who this is for
You don’t need to come from tech — mindset is more important.
This would suit someone who:
- Has around 12 months – 2 years’ recruitment experience
- Enjoys the account management / delivery side of recruitment
- Is confident building and maintaining relationships
- Is organised, proactive and commercially aware

- Basic up to £37,000
- Uncapped commission
