Experienced Removals Driver / Manager

We’re a fast-paced, fast-growing removals company based in Nottingham, and we’ve been moving people and businesses since 2017.
We’ve built a strong reputation over the years and are now looking for an experienced Removals Driver / Manager to join the team and become a key part of the next stage of our growth.
If you know your way around a removal, can handle a bit of pressure, enjoy working with people and take pride in doing a proper job, we want to hear from you!
What you'll be doing
You’ll be one of the key people on the ground, helping us deliver the high level of service our customers expect.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Driving our removals vehicles and getting the team safely from A to B
- Running house removals from start to finish
- Loading, unloading and protecting customers' belongings
- Leading the team on jobs and keeping everything running smoothly
- Making sure customers have a great experience on moving day
- Dealing with the unexpected — because no two removals are ever the same!
- Taking responsibility for the vehicle, equipment and overall job
- Making sure every job is completed to a really high standard
Who we're looking for
We’re not just looking for someone who can drive a van.
We want someone who can take charge, get stuck in and run a job properly.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience working in house removals
- Experience driving larger vehicles
- A full UK driving licence
- Good communication skills and a friendly personality
- The confidence to lead a team
- A good eye for detail and pride in your work
- The ability to stay calm when things don't quite go to plan
- A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude
