We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office activities
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Supporting bookkeeping activities including invoicing and expense tracking
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy, organised, and welcoming for staff and visitors
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and use of Sage software is desirable but not essential
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a professional attitude
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
