As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team.
Job Summary
The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and client engagements. This role involves working with internal stakeholders and external clients to identify trends, produce reports, and improve data processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Analysis
- Gather, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support consulting projects and management requests.
Reporting & Visualisation
- Create clear and concise reports, presentations, and data visualisations.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations.
- Support client reporting requirements where applicable.
Data Management & Quality
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data.
- Assist in improving data collection processes and documentation.
- Maintain structured and secure data storage practices in line with company policies.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with consultants and senior stakeholders to define analytical requirements.
- Provide insights to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the analytics function.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in consultancy, financial services, or professional services environments.
- Familiarity with Python or other analytical programming languages.

Pay: £46,000.00-£59,000.00 per year
