At Services For Education, we're looking for enthusiastic and confident Ukulele Teachers who can inspire a lifelong love of music in primary-aged children. This role focuses on Whole Class Instrumental Teaching, leading large groups of pupils in engaging, energetic and inclusive lessons. You'll be someone who brings music to life, has the confidence to manage and motivate a whole class, and can create a positive learning environment where every child feels encouraged to participate and succeed.
Whether you're an experienced classroom practitioner or an accomplished musician with a passion for education, you'll combine strong musical skills with creativity, patience and excellent communication. If you believe music has the power to build confidence, spark curiosity and create unforgettable learning experiences, we'd love to hear from you and welcome you to our team, helping children across the region discover the excitement of making music together.
Services For Education uses the power of learning and music to create and build confidence among children, young people, adults, and communities across Birmingham.
Our mission is to bring music and learning to life. We believe that every young person should be able to grow up to be the very best that they can be, regardless of their background.
To this end the charity was formed in 2012 to provide more opportunities for children of all ages and abilities in Birmingham to reach their full potential. Our work has recently expanded to include working with young people, adults and communities.
